Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, reach out—we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was placed to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note: We’re unable to accept returns on coffee, as it’s a perishable product. That said, if we made a mistake with your coffee order, we’ll make it right—just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
All orders are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning that once your package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title transfer to you. We’re not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, or for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order doesn’t arrive as expected, get in touch—we’ll do what we can to assist.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The timing of the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of your item.
Shipping FAQ
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders same or next day M-F with USPS Priority Mail. Orders typically arrive 3-5 days after shipment confirmation, but may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control.
What if my order is damaged in the shipping process?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the damages caused by shipping and we’ll arrange a replacement and work with you to file a claim with USPS.
What if my order arrives incorrect or is missing items?
Contact us with your order number and a description of what is wrong or missing in your order. We’ll make sure to get the right items to you asap.
General FAQ
Can I get my coffee ground?
Currently we only ship whole bean coffee. We believe that the best tasting coffee is when you grind the coffee and then immediately brew it.
How fresh is my coffee
Our coffees are usually roasted within one day of them shipping out. So when you get a coffee, it's fresh and ready to be enjoyed.
