LA FLORIDA

Vibrant, Sweet tomato, Raspberry, Almond, Unique.

A high-toned flavor profile with red fruit flavors, balanced by a vibrant raspberry, finished with almond. We chose this coffee to highlight the pink bourbon variety that originated in Huila, Colombia. Grown by farmer Cesar Llanten, known for dedicating his farm and practices to making this variety so unique and sought after.

Roast

Carefully roasted.

Roasted to a medium development, the length of time in the roaster plays a critical role in shaping the cup. Acidity and fruit-forward notes develop early in the roast, so we extend the final development phase to round out the body and create a balanced, chocolate-forward finish. The result is a cup that’s both vibrant and grounded.

Brew Methods

From V60 to French.

This is our most versatile coffee for different brew methods. One of our favorite ways to brew and enjoy this coffee is with a classic Kalita Wave single cup pour over.
